Expert Advocacy for the IDD Community
We are dedicated advocates, skilled navigators, and committed champions — bringing deep expertise and genuine care to every family and individual we serve.
Our Mission
Flower Advocacy Collective is committed to ensuring that every individual with an intellectual or developmental disability — and every family supporting them — has access to knowledgeable, compassionate advocacy across every stage of life. We believe that systems exist to serve people, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality.
Deep Expertise
We maintain current, thorough knowledge of regulations, waiver programs, and case law — so our clients can focus on what matters most.
Whole-Person Approach
We recognize the full humanity of every individual we serve. Every plan we develop is centered on the person, not the paperwork.
Committed Advocacy
We ask the difficult questions, pursue the right answers, and stand alongside our clients at every stage of the process.
Community Rooted
We are members of the IDD community ourselves. That lived experience informs our practice and strengthens our advocacy.
Families & Individuals
Why We Started
The Collective was founded in response to a clear and persistent gap. Our founder, Mandy, spent years witnessing families struggle to access services they were legally entitled to — leaving IEP meetings without adequate supports, and watching adults with IDD wait years for community-based services. We built Flower Advocacy Collective to change that, providing the expert guidance and steadfast representation that every individual deserves.
