Mandy Flower
Mandy founded the Collective after years of witnessing families struggle to access services they were legally entitled to. Her personal and professional experience in IDD systems drives the Collective's mission to make expert advocacy accessible to all.
Dr. Shelby Evans
Dr. Evans brings deep clinical expertise to the Collective's work, helping families understand evaluations, diagnoses, and the intersection of medical and educational systems.
Jennifer Palmer, RN
Jennifer's nursing background gives her a unique lens on the healthcare and community support systems that individuals with IDD navigate. She specializes in HCBS waiver programs and medical coordination.
